You may recognize Sam from last year’s Tyee pin presentation, he is no stranger to catching huge Chinook. This year was no exception as once again Sam proved perseverance and dedication to the sweet spots will pay off. A beauty Chinook at 43 pounds and special shout out to net man Ernesto Vander Linde. So it is a great pleasure to have Sam once again be given the Tyee Club pin. They make a nice set. But wait, there’s more ! This is also Sam’s 10th year at Ole’s which means his trip is free with our compliments and appreciation for being with us celebrating a decade of fish stories, some of them even true! So the “Hand Shaken Martini” and the hand shake for the Tyee, Welcome Sam!
