No Charlie Brown Christmas is complete without Peppermint Patty’s favorite cookie made simple with a Chocolate cake mix with a few additions!

1 box cake mix (use chocolate for this recipe)

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

Mix the 3 ingredients above to form the cookie dough…

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1.5 inches, then roll in icing sugar before baking.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Immediately after baking while cookie still hot add an unwrapped Candy Cane Hershey’s Kiss, push in down bit so it is well seated and melts a bit. Yummy!
